Resilient Leadership – Women Only
October 17 – 21, 2017

The Resilient Leader
A unique programme for women

Converting stress to strength.

Leading authentically as a woman can be a challenge. The very nature of a high-pressure leadership role may inhibit access to your innate strengths, which are actually your greatest asset.

Sally-Anne Airey draws on her own experience as a senior naval officer to guide this retreat for women who want to channel stress, harness their innate abilities and transform their leadership.

You’ll live for 4 nights and 3 days in comfort and style with no more than 7 other people at top-rated chalet Maison la Cerisaie – in the beautiful French mountain village of Sixt Fer à Cheval, just 75 minutes from Geneva airport. The programme will be a blend of focused group activities, one-to-one coaching, mindfulness practice, personal reflection, and fun in the mountains.

You’ll learn how to harness your personal strengths to be the best leader you can be.

The retreat includes

– A preparatory needs analysis phone call with Sally-Anne and a follow-up conversation.
– A one-to-one coaching conversation with Sally-Anne or Carroll.
– One whole body massage.
– A guided day hike.
– Full-board accommodation in a luxury Alpine chalet.
– Delicious, nutritious meals prepared by a professional chef.
– Return transfer from Geneva airport and all local transport.

As an experienced leader herself Sally-Anne understands the nuances of helping successful managers perform. She is incisive, compassionate and intuitive. Her gentle, subtle and focused style has allowed me to expose the areas that I knew needed attention but could not quite access.
